Experience:

Since 1988, Mr. Holmes has served the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) profession as chair, sole and panel Arbitrator, Mediator, Referee, Private Judge or Judge pro tem in hundreds of complex commercial disputes. He is a frequent Markman hearing officer and discovery Referee. Amounts in dispute over which he has presided have ranged from small dollar matters to amounts in controversy well in excess of $200 million.

Reginald Holmes has advised, negotiated, litigated, arbitrated, and lectured in his specialty areas throughout the United States and around the world. He has held General Manager and Corporate Counsel positions at both Rockwell International and McDonnell Douglas Corporation. Reginald Holmes has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Horne Entertainment Inc. and Western Regional Counsel for Wang Laboratories Inc. His private practice expertise includes a partnership (Of Counsel) at the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler and a general partnership at The Holmes Law Firm.
