Mediator for AAA (1988 –2002): Significant cases involved issues about indemnification from a multi-million dollar RICO and fraud case, requirements of nuclear fuel by utilities; renovation of interior New York City office space, electric utility (construction, fuel cost and contract matters), acquisitions of businesses: a textile company, wireless technology, a domestic insurance company by a Finnish company, an office supplies company and a title insurance business by a major thrift institution; dissolutions of businesses, a law firm, a psychiatric social work group, advertising agency, beverage franchise; dispute between a computer software vendor and a New York City department, a dispute between Erie County and the New York State Office of Court Administration, and commercial cases from the Macy’s bankruptcy.
