Recent arbitrations and mediations include an international commercial and intellectual property dispute between a licensor and licensee of semi conductor technology; a commercial dispute between a customer and a provider of data base computer software; a commercial dispute between a customer and a provider of enterprise software; a dispute between a law firm and a partner of the firm involving sensitive professional issues; a commercial dispute over the correct allocation of royalties in a biotechnology contract; a mini-Markman hearing in a patent dispute; a commercial dispute between parties in a trade show.
