May 11, 2023 – ABA Dispute Resolution Committee Spring Program on Barriers to Tribal Government participation in Arbitration. Chaired by CCA Fellow Carol Heckman.
June 8-9, 2023 – Stanford Law School Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course – Hosted by Stanford Law School in conjunction with the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) and the California Lawyers Association (CLA)
This course is designed to provide experienced counsel legal knowledge and practical expertise in technology and IP alternative dispute resolution Leading Stanford Law academics, experienced IP litigators, and IP/Tech ADR neutrals will join together to share their expertise. The Course is a two-day comprehensive training in IP/Tech ADR advocacy skills. This course features lecture and interactive segments. Two practical texts written by course faculty will be included with the course. Upon satisfactory completion, attendees will receive a Stanford University Certificate of Completion.
