46 years experience in dispute resolution and contract drafting, resolving issues regarding major construction and infrastructure projects across the U.S. and internationally, and including numerous U.S. Government contracting issues and disputes. Full time as arbitrator, mediator, DRB member and undertaking other neutral engagements since January 2019.
