Summary: Where does the West Coast fit in the world of US and international arbitration? How is the West Coast perceived by other regions? What strengths does the West Coast offer and what are its connections to Asia, Canada, Latin America and the East Coast? What are the opportunities for parties, counsel and arbitrators inside and outside the region? Should US and international arbitrations to be held on the West Coast? What more should be done to expand opportunities for arbitration on the West Coast (US, Canada and Mexico)? And what are the opportunities for CCA Fellows?
