The Panel will address the opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, and consider the impact of this opinion on diversity efforts in the ADR community and the larger legal community. The Panel will include counsel for multiracial groups of students and alumni from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Harvard College in Students for Fair Admissions, the Attorney General of the State of Colorado, a partner at Morrison & Foerster, which was recently sued for its DEI efforts, and the President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association. Judge Shira A. Scheindlin will moderate the panel.
