The Southeast Region is inviting all regions to a one-hour program entitled “Providing an Excellent Client Experience: Perspectives from AAA and JAMS.” The program will include a moderated discussion featuring Angela Romero, Vice-President of the Southeast Region of AAA, and Heather Muirhead, Director of Client Experience at JAMS. The speakers will provide a window into what users and case managers desire from their arbitrators based on client feedback to both organizations. After the discussions, there will be time for Q&A.
