A CCA Education Committee Webinar

December 13, 2023 @ 11:00am – 12:00pm Eastern

(Open to the Public)

This interactive webinar will be presented by CCA Fellows, Mark Kantor and Kathleen Paisley, both of whom were heavily involved in the creation of the ICCA/ASIL DIA Damages App. The DIA App is the product of literally thousands of hours from highly skilled lawyers and quantum experts. The DIA App provides users with an easy to understand and freely available source enabling more robust damages analyses under the common, civil and international law. The DIA App provides easy to understand and up-to-date neutral source on the procedural, liabilty and quantification issues faced by arbitrators, counsel and parties when addressing damages issues. Kathleen and Mark will explain how the tool can be used by arbitrators and counsel to make their analysis of damages more robust, and at the same time, easier.

Presented by CCA Fellows:

Kathleen Paisley | Paisley BV/Ambos Lawyers | Miami, FL

Mark A. Kantor | Washington, DC
