Notice – 2021 Annual Meeting Now Virtual
Dear CCA Fellows:
We are writing to inform each of you that our 2021 Annual Meeting scheduled for Scottsdale, Arizona, on October 28-30, 2021, will not move forward on an in-person basis. The Executive Committee and 2021 Annual Meeting Planning Committee have determined that it is in the best interest of the Fellowship to hold the 2021 annual meeting remotely via use of Zoom or similar technology. While there were many factors that support this decision, ultimately we were guided by comments from the Fellows, the rising impact of the Delta variant and advice from the Arizona Department of Health confirming that that anyone with a higher risk for severe illness, including anyone over 65 years of age, should avoid congregate settings. If you have already signed up for the in-person 2021 Annual Meeting, you will be hearing from us soon regarding your registration status and refunds or adjustments in the registration fees.
The 2021 Annual Meeting Planning Committee first met over one year ago to begin planning for the 2021 Annual Meeting. The Committee understood that the 2021 Annual Meeting would be the first chance for Fellows to reunite face to face in just over two years. The Planning Committee also understood the importance and value in gathering together in person as a Fellowship. For that reason, the Committee worked very hard to make 2021 a special meeting. Unfortunately, despite everyone’s best efforts things have not worked out as planned. However, we really do hope and encourage every Fellow to participate in our remote meeting. If you have seen the current brochure, you will see that the programs are top notch and will be suitable for remote presentation.
The CCA will send updated information regarding our virtual annual meeting soon. Please hold the dates previously scheduled for our meeting, October 28-30, 2021. Please let us know if you have any questions after you receive our updated brochure. Thank you for your continued support of the CCA.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $25 processing fee will be granted to registrants who cancel on or before September 30, 2021. If notice is received after that date but on or before October 22, 2021, refunds will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted thereafter. Online access to the recorded sessions and conference materials will be provided to prepaid registrants that were unable to attend and did not receive a refund. (Recorded versions not eligible for MCLE credit.)
