Topic: We all at one time or another, have troublesome issues with a panelist; for example: inappropriate statements or questions that might be construed as taking an advocate’s position, being late to proceedings, not paying attention to testimony or arguments (falling asleep), being too friendly with counsel or a party, or appearing to have lack of cognitive acuity. Open discussion on our experiences and best practices for confronting and dealing with these situations — minor to major.
