Clients have ranged from foreign and state governments, major US and international businesses, small businesses and individuals, to pro bono representation of prisoners and tenants.

Experience

I have represented parties and served as sole and panel arbitrator in scores of international and domestic arbitrations heard in New York, London, Paris, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia and Illinois. Originator, author and co-editor (1999-2022) of leading ALM publications on federal practice in New Jersey and Third Circuit and (2017-2022) co-author of New Jersey Arbitration Handbook published by ALM.
