As a former Assistant County Attorney for over 35 years at Broward County and Miami-Dade County, she represented public owners in connection with the procurement and construction of infrastructure projects, including Miami-Dade County Hall, courthouses, museums, performing arts centers, electric co-generation and chiller plants, public transit and automated people mover facilities, and the $6 billion dollar expansion at Miami International Airport and the $2 billion expansion at Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
