Served as a neutral in diverse subject areas including: personal injury matters, commercial and contract claims, employment termination and discrimination claims, construction claims, probate matters, professional malpractice disputes, governmental regulations, domestic relations and securities matters. Recent cases include telecommunications vendor contract, national franchisor contracts, trust administration dispute, easement and real property valuation dispute in family partnerships. Appointed as a special master and arbitrator by the Boulder District Court on numerous occasions.

Work History

Steven Meyrich received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1976. Meyrich has been trained by the American Arbitration Association (1985) and CDR Associates (1985) as a mediator and arbitrator. Meyrich served as a Deputy District Attorney in Boulder County (1976-1979) and as a litigation attorney in private practice focusing on commercial and interpersonal disputes for twelve years before joining CDR Associates, an internationally recognized training firm in mediation and dispute resolution processes in 1989. Since 1990 Meyrich has developed his own practice as a professional neutral and served as a mediator, arbitrator and seminar leader in a wide variety of settings. The disputes in which Meyrich has served as a neutral include: personal injury matters, commercial and contract claims, employment termination and discrimination claims, construction claims, probate matters, professional malpractice disputes, governmental regulations, domestic relations and securities issues.
