Entertainment lawyer focused on transactional and related business matters for more than 25 years. Before that, business trial lawyer for more than 10 years, handling a broad range of commercial disputes. Experience in business and financial matters and in motion pictures and television, as well as in the recording and music industries. Represents actors, writers, directors, producers, and production companies. Writers Guild-Association of Talent Agents Negotiator for more than 20 years, representing writers in the television field when their agents have a conflict of interest. Has attended numerous entertainment law and business programs over the years and has written and spoken on entertainment law subjects.

ADR Experience: Has arbitrated more than 200 cases; has mediated and advocated in numerous proceedings, including entertainment disputes at the Writers, Directors, and Screen Actors Guilds under collective bargaining agreements or other contractual disputes. Arbitration panelist for American Arbitration Association, American Film Marketing Association, Directors Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and Writers Guild of America.
