Writers Guild-Association of Talent Agents Negotiator for more than 20 years, representing writers in the television field when their agents have a conflict of interest. Has attended numerous entertainment law and business programs over the years and has written and spoken on entertainment law subjects.
ADR Experience: Has arbitrated more than 200 cases; has mediated and advocated in numerous proceedings, including entertainment disputes at the Writers, Directors, and Screen Actors Guilds under collective bargaining agreements or other contractual disputes. Arbitration panelist for American Arbitration Association, American Film Marketing Association, Directors Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and Writers Guild of America.
