I have been appointed as an arbitrator in more than 100 cases with approximately 80% going to final award. Approximately 75% of these cases have been commercial disputes and many of them have involved construction, technology or high-tech businesses. I have also arbitrated construction, patent, trade secret and software license disputes, a government antitrust case, medical malpractice cases, employment disputes, family law disputes, real estate disputes and banking disputes.
