Sandra Jeskie

Sandra is a seasoned arbitrator (panel chair, wing and sole arbitrator) and mediator for complex business, technology and/or intellectual property disputes. She also engages in Early Neutral Evaluation, special master, mediator, and judge pro-tempore in a variety of complex disputes. In these capacities, she has handled more than 100 cases. She is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and serves as a neutral for American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). Sandra is immediate past chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, North America Branch, on the board of directors for the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center and a member of the American Law Institute (ALI). She brings energy and enthusiasm to her ADR practice, helping parties resolve their most challenging disputes efficiently and cost effectively.
