After 36 years as a trial lawyer, David Tenner is now a full-time neutral. He serves on AAA\"s Commercial, Large Complex Case, Employment, Cannabis and Mediation panels and on CPR\"s Cannabis and Colorado panels. He has served as a court-appointed neutral/special master since 2007 and is a Fellow and past President of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (ACAN). He has also been appointed as special litigation committee in derivative actions. With almost 20 years of experience as a special discovery master, Mr. Tenner is uniquely positioned to guide parties and counsel through an efficient and fair discovery process in arbitration. He is committed to ensuring that all parties - winners and losers - leave the arbitration process knowing that their arguments have been heard.
