ARBITRATOR AND MEDIATOR: Jerry has over 30 years of experience nationwide on the AAA National Complex Case Panel, handling a wide variety of commercial and governmental cases in industries as varied as healthcare, automotive, franchising, e commerce, manufacturing, high-tech, securities, financial services, insurance, communications, construction, sports and entertainment, transportation and agribusiness. Jerry has handled over 200 complex arbitration cases, including class actions and international cases, as panel chair, sole arbitrator, panel member and as a mediator. These disputes have involved contract, securities, antitrust, fraud, shareholder matters, buyout and payout issues, accounting and employment issues. He has a special expertise in healthcare industry disputes.

PRACTICING TRIAL LAWYER; Jerry has handled many jury and bench trials and appellate arguments nationwide in commercial disputes in federal and state courts, including securities, antitrust, RICO, contract and intellectual property cases including many class actions. BUSINESS COUNSELOR:Jerry has also conducted an extensive practice in representing public and private business entities, merger and acquisition transactions, control battles, financings, public and private securities offerings and counseling of boards of directors and their special committees.. He has acted as counsel in over 100 business acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

Work History

As of Jan. 1 2017, Jerry formed Esrick ADR LLC. Before that Jerry was a partner and Of Counsel in the law firm of Locke Lord LLP (formerly Edwards Wildman LLP and Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP), a firm of over 1,100 lawyers,since 1968. He has over 40 years experience as a commercial trial lawyer and business counselor. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. He is a former Chairman of the Executive Committee of Wildman, Harrold.
