I am an undergraduate Civil Engineer, who practiced in construction for 7-8 years and I objained my Professional Engin eering License in NY and VA. I then entered law school and I now specialize in construction arbitrations, mediations and dispute resolution boards.
Experience
I have been a AAA arbitrator for 30 years, and also performed many mediations in the construction field over the last 20 years. I am also serving on numerous DRB’s throughout the country.
Work History
Civil Engineer for 7-8 years where I worked in the field in construction of nuclear power plants. Then obtained my law degree and work for the law firm of Vandeventer Black LLP (now merged into Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black) in Norfolk, VA as a construction and government contracts lawyer, and ADR neutral. Over 40 years of experience, and worked on hundreds of ADR matters of all sizes.
