Since 1977, arbitrated hundreds of disputes, principally as sole arbitrator or as chair of the panel in proceedings involving: employment issues including statutory discrimination claims; executive employment contract issues; covenants not to compete; environmental clean ups; responsibility for the costs of environmental remediations; corporate dissolutions; shareholder and partnership disputes; breach of contract matters; disputes involving accounting among investor/employees in investment limited partnership; disputes involving misrepresentation in and termination of franchises; disputes involving breaches of agreement to develop high technology products for both consumers and industrial applications; disputes involving law firms, accounting firms and medical practices; computer software and servicing agreement disputes; FIFRA disputes; health care provider and payor disputes; disputes in winding up the affairs of a medical supply business and a consumer service business; disputes involving food service contracts and food product distribution agreements; disputes involving brokerage commissions, commercial leasing matters, and disputes about payments of rents and license fees. Expertise at managing multi-party and complex matters and focusing the issues to streamline the matter. Arbitrated and mediated as party representative in disputes involving computer consulting services, securities, oppressed minority shareholder claims, environmental contamination, grocery retailing, and employment matters. Mediator in over 100 civil cases involving employment matters, estate disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, foreclosures, and corporate dissolutions. Special fiscal agent/mediator in numerous matters involving shareholder and partnership disputes in industries including: glove manufacturing; international trade; machinery manufacturing; entertainment; real estate ownership, management, and development; construction; and printing.
