Gail Andler

Retired Judge serving as Arbitrator, Court Appointed Neutral and Mediator at JAMS

Judge Andler is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and a managerial arbitrator selected by attorneys in complex disputes based on her experience, demeanor and work ethic. She is also a Fellow in the Academy of Court Appointed Neutrals and a mediator. She retired after more than 22 years on the bench, including more than 10 years in the Complex Courts.

Experience

Seasoned arbitrator with JAMS sine 2017; serves by stipulation on AAA arbitrations and Ad Hoc arbitrations; extensive experience as a single arbitrator, Chair of tripartite panels, and \"wing\" arbitrator in business, commercial, sports, entertainment, employment, construction, real estate, and other matters; experience resolving mass arbitrations; retired judge with more than 22 years on the bench and more than 10 years in the Complex Courts; Past President, American College of Business Court Judges.
