Meet the 2026 – 2028 CCA Associates

Stephanie Curington, Esq. (Curington ADR Legal Solutions, LLC) is an attorney and independent neutral with a wide range of legal specialties including labor and employment, healthcare, and intellectual property. She began her legal career as an associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, where she practiced patent law. Ms. Curington later served as an Administrative Judge with the District of Columbia Office of Employee Appeals, where she adjudicated appeals by government employees and issued decisions in contested public-sector employment matters. Following her tenure as an Administrative Judge, Ms. Curington currently serves as Senior Employment Counsel with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she represents and advises the agency in federal-sector labor and employment matters. Ms. Curington also serves as an independent arbitrator and mediator, handling commercial, healthcare, employment, and other civil matters. As an emerging ADR professional, she further developed her neutral practice as a JAMS Fellow. Ms. Curington also serves as an arbitrator on the District of Columbia Bar Attorney Client Arbitration Board (ACAB) panel and chairs its Public Awareness Committee.

Randall Lehner. Randy is a Chicago-based independent arbitrator and mediator with three decades of experience guiding parties at the intersection of dispute resolution, business, and law. He currently serves on the AAA-ICDR commercial, international, large complex, financial services and employment panels and is a member of the CPR banking, accounting and financial services and insurance coverage panels. He has extensive experience with a broad range of issues in industries including fintech, financial services, private equity, manufacturing, consumer products and services, professional liability, securities, investment advisory, and other highly regulated industries and professionals. Randy also is currently co-chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Randy previously served as General Counsel of Power Solutions International, a Nasdaq-traded manufacturer of engines used in the power generation and data center markets, and was Deputy General Counsel at Guaranteed Rate, one of the largest retail mortgage companies in the country. Prior to moving in-house, he was a partner at prominent domestic and international law firms representing public and private global companies in commercial litigation, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions.

Jo Levy. Jo Levy is a skilled technology attorney and commercial arbitrator with more than 35 years of law firm and in-house experience. At Intel Corporation, she held a number of executive roles and developed extensive international experience as General Counsel, Asia Pacific & Japan, Vice President, Mobileye Governance & Legal Affairs, and Chief Compliance Officer. While her experience spans all complex civil litigation, she specializes in technology, semiconductors, supply chain, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and international disputes. She is on the AAA National Roster for commercial IP and technology disputes and consumer litigation and serves on the commercial and mediation panel of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. She is also a mediator and serves as a court-appointed attorney for the Northern District of California and the Sixth District Court of Appeals. Passionate about innovation, she is a frequent speaker on topics related to AI and the intersection of technology, law and alternative dispute resolution. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brandeis University.

Tracy Steedman. Tracy, after 23 years as a construction lawyer and litigator, started her arbitration practice based in Maryland. She serves the Mid-Atlantic region as an arbitrator and is a member of the AAA’s Construction and Commercial panels, as well as its Emergency and R9 panels.
